Every realtor in the room is looking for trades they can hand a client without losing sleep over it. And when they refer, they give out at least three names — so there’s always a seat at the table, even if there’s already a plumber in the room. Building relationships is what puts you in the three, and the pro who knows other pros becomes the one who solves more than one problem.
